Who are America's National Parks and Eastern National?
Eastern National is a non-profit cooperating association which operates park stores at
over 130 National Parks and related sites. Eastern National also operates the America's
National Parks online park stores. Collectively the online storefronts represent our brick
and mortar locations and other parks as well.
How does my purchase from this website, or from any of your stores, support the
national parks?
As a non-profit company, our profits go to support the interpretive, preservation and
educational programs of the National Park Service.
Does your website contain all the products from your stores?
Each online store contains at least 30 top-selling products form each store, not our full
inventory. We are always adding new products to our site, so please visit frequently! As
the No. 1 provider of National Park-related materials we carry over 60,000 items.
I can't find the product I am looking for. What now?
If searching on our website doesn't turn up the product you want, don't worry - just email

or call: 1 (877) NAT-PARK (international callers please dial "01" before the
number).
If I order from you on-line, will this result in SPAM mail or my address being
sold to other companies?
Eastern National and America's National Parks stores never disclose information collected
from our websites to anyone else, ever. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details. We
do not store credit card numbers in our databases.
If I order on-line, will my credit card number and personal information remain
secure?
Ordering on-line with a credit card is safer than doing it in an actual store. Your
information is kept protected and private at all times.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What shipping options do you have?
We use a variety of carriers, including UPS and United States Postal Service. If you have
special requests (e.g. specific carrier, special circumstances, etc.), please call
Customer Service at (877) NAT-PARK.
What are your hours of operation?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM (EST). Orders placed outside
of our normal business hours will be processed the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
The majority of our online orders ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
All orders will be processed within 3 business days of placing the order. For U.S.
domestic locations, delivery of in-stock items will occur within 7 - 10 days for standard
shipping and 3 - 4 days for expedited shipping. For international locations, delivery may
vary. Delivery methods and time for expedited mail will be provided on a case-by-case
basis.
I didn't receive all of the items in my order!
We offer a large variety of products stored in different Eastern national locations across
the country. In some cases it may be necessary to ship orders from a variety of our
warehouse locations. Note, however, there are no additional fees for this service. If, for
some reason, we are unable to ship your entire order, we will make every effort to deliver
the remaining items as quickly as possible. We will notify you of your order status.
Can the website accept promotional discount codes or sales tax exempt numbers?
