Lowell Trivet

Lowell Trivet

Your Price: $39.95

This natural marble tile trivet features a reproduction of a map mad in 1821. The location of the small town of East Chelmsford nestled between the Merimack Ricer and the Pawtucket Canal was the site of the nation's first planned industrial city. The water power located in the small farming town was harnessed and by 1823 the Lowell mills were mass producing textiles. This trivet has rubber feet and a plastic hanger attached to the back, so it can be displayed on a tabletop or hung on the wall.
