Engraved on our collector’s pin are signature landmarks of Kingsley Plantation. Preserving the culture and traditions of Colonial Florida, it shows the Kingsley Home where Zephaniah Kingsley lived with his family, a white stalk of sea cotton to which he owed much of his wealth, and an unadorned tabby cabin. Constructed of sand, oyster shells, and lime, tabby cabins reflect architectural engineering of African culture that prevailed in Colonial Jacksonville, Florida.
