Stitched in the fabric of our patch is the memory of early American legislation. Stitched on the commemorative is Federal Hall National Memorial where George Washington took the oath on April 16, 1789, to be the First President of the United States of America. A Founding Father, he helped unite British colonists under one central government committed to preserving their new way of life and freedoms to which all men are entitled.
