What is your return policy?

If you receive merchandise you are unhappy with for any reason, please call Customer Service within 30 days for a return authorization. (1-877-628-7275) Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in unused condition. eParks does not cover return shipping costs.

Exceptions to our return policy: All clearance sale items are final and cannot be returned/exchanged unless damaged upon receipt.

Damaged shipments: In the event of damage, the receiver is responsible to notify eParks of any loss or damage within 30 days.

How to return an item: To return your purchase to eParks use any shipping method you choose. We recommend insuring your shipment for the full value. eParks is not responsible for returned items that are poorly packaged/shipped and will not issue a refund on any item that is damaged during the return process.

Please note:

  • eParks cannot accept C.O.D.
  • eParks is not responsible for returns we do not receive.

Returns won't be processed until we receive the returned product.

Include the following information with your return:

  • Include the reason you are returning the item.
  • Include the order number.
